The GDD FastTrack begins with a specialized Change request.  The change request form is part of the GSMP Change Request System and is differentiated by GDD FastTrack being selected as the change request type.

After the Change Request Submission, it moves into a Modeller Assessment  Period. During this period the modeller will contact the Change Request Submitter and the Parties involved in the Change Request including the Certified Data Pools. 

The Modeller may suggest changes to the attribute names as well as definitions to ensure that they comply to naming convention standards and Definition quality standards.

The modeler may also suggest alternative attributes currently located in existing Business Messages within the GDD or existing GDD FastTrack Attributes.

The change Request can then begin a Public Review. The public review period is 7 days. 

The attribute is then discussed on the GDSN Business Requirements Group Call.

During the align call each attribute is given approximately 3 minutes discussion period and the group has two options, it can either choose to move the attribute to an additional review period, or it can motion the attribute to a 14 day e-Ballot. 

Attributes that have been successfully voted on are published to an Accepted GDD FastTrack Attribute Report.
